Gabriela García Escobar is a Professor of International Law at the Panamerican University of Mexico. She is a PhD candidate at the Law Faculty of the University of Geneva. She holds a Masters of International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Panamerican University.
