Rachana Chhin serves as Legal Counsel, UN, for ADF International in New York. In this role, he engages in written and oral advocacy, drafts interventions and submissions for the UN and related institutions, and provides counsel on issues related to life, family, religious liberty, free speech, and parental rights. Chhin is a graduate of the International Studies and Great Texts of the Western Tradition programs at Baylor University. He attained his J.D. and M.A. in Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas (MN) and his LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from Notre Dame Law School. He is admitted to the Texas State Bar.
